The Las Vegas Regional Clean Cities Coalition is governed by individual stakeholders who compose its Board of Directors. Directors are elected by stakeholders at the annual meeting. Each director serves a maximum term of three years before an election is again held for his or her seat.
Each year after the annual meeting, the Board of Directors elects officers, including the President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer.
The Board, upon majority vote, appoints the Executive Director, who directs and executes all decisions of the Board of Directors, and handles all day-to-day duties for the operation of LVRCCC.
The Board of Directors designates and appoints committees that help fulfill the mission of LVRCCC. Two or more directors serve on each committee, with one acting as the committee chair. Currently, there are four committees: Fund Raising, Legislative, Outreach and Vehicles & Infrastructure.
