MEMBERSHIP LEVELS AND MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
StakeholderVoting members are referred to as stakeholders. One voting member per company/organization is allowed. Stakeholders regularly attend LVRCCC meetings and events; serve on a LVRCCC committee; purchase AFVs for their fleets; develop and provide AFV training; build, operate or maintain a fueling station; and provide funding and/or grants to the Coalition. Stakeholder companies formally acknowledge their commitment(s) by signing this Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). Annual dues are $300.
Benefits include:
- Company logo in the LVRCCC quarterly newsletter, Valley Sky-Lines (1 issue per year)
- Company listing and link on LVRCCC website
- Recognition at LVRCCC meetings and events
- LVRCCC tagline usage
- Invitation to summer networking event
- One promotional email to LVRCCC database on behalf of Stakeholder’s company promoting an upcoming event
Stakeholders must renew their membership annually to receive membership benefits. The membership cycle is January 1 - December 31. The LVRCCC will send a renewal MOU and invoice to each stakeholder in December. The completed MOU and payment are due by January 31 in order to continue receiving Stakeholder benefits. If membership is not renewed then Stakeholder will become an Interested Party. The first year’s dues may be pro-rated if a Stakeholder joins after January. Benefits may be adjusted accordingly
Supporter
A Supporter is any individual from a Stakeholder’s company/organization that is not the voting member. The stakeholder’s annual dues include membership for an unlimited number of supporters. Each Supporter has the opportunity to attend LVRCCC meetings and events, receive Coalition announcements and the LVRCCC newsletter, and participate in the summer networking event.
Interested PartyAn Interested Party is any individual who would like to receive Coalition announcements and the quarterly LVRCCC newsletter. A company listing on the LVRCCC website is included with this level of membership.
