Members are referred to as stakeholders. Stakeholders are individuals
who voluntarily commit to achieving the goals and objectives of the
LVRCCC Program Plan. They can do so by regularly attending LVRCCC meetings,
serving on a LVRCCC committee, purchasing AFVs for their fleets, developing
and providing AFV training, building, operating or maintaining a fueling
station, and by providing funding and/or grants to the Coalition. Stakeholder
companies formally acknowledge their commitment(s) by signing a Memorandum
of Understanding (MOU). The MOU is merely a written agreement that the
signing
parties agree to the Program Plan. However, it is not a binding
contract.
